Men of RS

Men of RS focus on Social Activism and recreational events that are both entertaining and engaging. We meet monthly for dinner either at RS or at local restaurants. Our goals are simply to create opportunities to share good food and conversation with men of varied ages and backgrounds; fostering social relationships in order to strengthen the bonds of friendship and community within our Synagogue. You will find us as Shabbat Greeters, as regular sponsors of our Sunday Morning Nosh, as well as the yearly building of the outdoor Sukkah.

Sunday, July 30, 2017 - 11:00am

Carl and Mary Ellen Schneider invite Men of RS, and their families  to a Torah Study session, led by Lee Herman, at thier home in Long Beach Island, NJ.

Bagels and coffee will be proivded before the session, followed by lunch after Torah Study. 

You are welcome to hang out at Carl and Mary Ellen's house for the afternoon.  Bring your swimming attire and towels to swim at their pool or in the lagoon.  Attendees may also wish to go to the beach – about 5 minutes walk away.  Beach passes are required, which can be obtained for a one day use.  They can coordinate getting them if I know in advance who wants them.  Outdoor shower available after activities.
