Mahjongg Lessons

All welcome. Sponsored by Young Friends and BoomRS
January 17, 24, 31, 7-9pm (participants need to commit to all three classes)
Cost: $25 for supplies
American Mahjongg is played with four players using tiles stamped with Chinese symbols. The goal of the game is to be the first to arrange your tiles into a winning hand, much like Gin Rummy. It is a fun and social game that is easy to learn yet has endless possibilities for continued learning.
Classes taught by Wendi Furman.

Beer Brewing

Come join fellow congregants and members of various connection groups to make RS beer that will be ready for Sukkot! We'll be in the RS kitchen, if you're interested in how to brew but don't know where to start, have limited experience, or you yourself are a master brewer, stop by for a few minutes or stay the entire time. All of the equipment and ingredients will be taken care of. All you need to do is bring a willingness to learn, lend a helping hand, and have engaging conversation. Cheers!

Roaming Shabbat

Join Young Friends for Roaming Shabbat pot-luck dinners in members' homes immediately following services.
Please bring salad, bread, wine, side dish or dessert
