Continuing with our theme of summer cooking, the Jewish Cookbook Club will focus on salads this August. There are a surprising number of interesting and creative recipes to explore. The Nosher website has a nice variety of choices. Cookbooks, especially those with an Israeli slant, such as Yotam Ottolenghi’s, Adeena Sussman’s, and Michael Solomonov’s, are rich sources for inspiration.
