In Jewish communities worldwide, a Shehecheynu (our blessing for gratitude) is said the first time a fruit or vegetable is served each season. This month the RS Jewish Cookbook Club will celebrate spring vegetables like peas, asparagus, artichokes, and greens. Find a Jewish recipe featuring or highlighting vegetables, prepare it, and bring it to share Sunday April 30 at 11:30.
