Congregant and former RS President Fred Strober was visiting Israel in 1973 when the Yom Kippur War broke out. Fred will give his eyewitness account of this historic event and discuss what the war was about, how Israel rebounded from near destruction, and how the war created a new Middle East. Bagels will be provided.
