In Judaism, each new moon ushers in a new Jewish month, Rosh Chodesh. RS Women invites you to participate in this meaningful minhag (custom) on Tuesday, August 30 at 6:30 p.m. at RS and on Zoom. We will talk about Jewish women activists from Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Pink, to Emma Goldman and Bella Abzug. How do they inspire our activism in the new year? Bring with you any magazines, photos, newspapers, or other material that speaks to you about social justice in the new year. We will be creating a social justice vision board to inspire our work for 5783!
