Torah Study with Guest Student Rabbi Sai Koros
June 7 @ 9:15 am - 10:30 am

The cornerstone of our learning is our Saturday morning Torah Study. We discuss the weekly Torah portion and have a lively and spirited conversation as we relate this ancient text to our daily lives.
No special training or prerequisite courses are necessary for you to attend. Neither is there an entrance requirement for the understanding of Torah. When we come to it in study, there are no barriers to keep us distant from our heritage.
Sai Koros (they/them) completed their second year facilitating Torah Queeries for pRiSm here at RS and their third year as a student rabbi at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College. Sai is passionate about intergenerational community building, ritual arts, and learning as a form of activism. They create a safe space allowing participants to be vulnerable and share from the heart. They offer interesting and challenging commentaries that deepen our understanding of the parsha. Sai has a relaxed, easy style that encourages intimacy in conversation.
