Tree Planting with the Environmental Sustainability Task Force

New trees are taking root at Rodeph Shalom!

Join us Sunday, November 9 at 10:30 AM (rain date: Sunday, November 16) as we plant two beautiful new trees and fresh groundcover outside the Courtyard. Come get your hands in the soil or cheer on our expert tree team — certified arborist Orsolya Lazar, Kirk Wattles, and congregants Charles Stuart Kline and Marion J. Williams — as they bring new life to our campus. Rabbi Eli will bless our plantings at 12:30 p.m.

Trees clean our air, cool our spaces, nurture wildlife, and lift our spirits. Let’s celebrate these newest members of our RS community — a project of the Environmental Sustainability Task Force.
