They will present historical, technological, artistic, culinary and recreational highlights, including vistas of the Red Sea, with Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia in clear view, the vast Roman ruins at Beit She’an, and the secret bullet factory at Ayalon Institute that was key to Israel’s survival in the 1948 War of Independence. Nosh a light Israeli supper while enjoying the presentation.
