Please join RS member and Temple University Professor of Law Jonathan Lipson and Norman Powell, Partner at Young Conaway who will present their recently developed and published Model Standstill/Tolling Agreement for the ABA’s Business Law Today to aid small and mid-sized businesses during the COVID-19 crisis. This agreement helps smaller concerns address the fact that many likely are, or are about to be in, breach of their contracts because of their inability to perform given the current pandemic.  This agreement will allow businesses to put any disputes on hold to allow time to resolve amicably the open issues that arising each day as the crisis goes on. Register online.
