Join us on Thursday night, October 8, at 8:30 PM EST (7:30 PM CST) as part of Congregation Rodeph Shalom’s National Coming Out Day celebration for a conversation on Zoom about gender expression and identity and the New Year.
Rabbi Ari Moffic, co-author of the new children’s book, Love Remains: A Rosh Hashanah Story of Transformation, will read her children’s book, and discuss the Jewish values associated with being a member or ally of the LGBTQ community, and how this time of the High Holidays and Sukkot is the perfect backdrop to talking about change and being who we want to be.
Prior to Thursday’s night event, invite your children to join you in listening to Rabbi Moffic read her book here.
