Josh Broder is a professional chef with 10 years of hands-on experience. He attended culinary school at Johnson and Wales University. Currently, he is a chef at the Fitler Club. His favorite cooking corresponds to what food is in season. From there it’s all about knowledge and understanding of where these food items originate from and what cooking techniques have been used traditionally. Once this is understood creativity can be utilized. Community is very important to him. Through food he has been able to witness and be part of many joyous occasions that have brought people together. Now, let’s cook together!
