Join us on Wednesday, July 29 with fellow members of the Board of Directors, Board of Advisors, and connection group chairs for a discussion about Small Groups from 12 noon – 1:30 pm.

Small Groups is a tool used by leading congregations to enable strong relational connections. During the Zoom meeting, you will learn what precisely are small groups, what happens in a small group meeting, how are they organized? Especially during the pandemic, it is helpful to understand the application of small groups and its power – and how it can help to reimagine congregational life in the time after COVID.

These questions will be answered during a discussion led by Rabbi Esther Lederman, Director of Congregational Innovation, Strengthening Connections, at the Union for Reform Judaism. In preparation for the meeting, please review this article by Rabbi Lederman about Small Groups: https://urj.org/blog/2016/06/16/how-your-congregation-can-transform-life-its-members.

We need your RSVP to help Rabbi Lederman know who is in attendance. RSVP below.
